This position involves direct clinical care for clients presenting with a range of mental health, behavioral, and life-related concerns.The successful candidate will manage an assigned caseload, exercise independent clinical judgment, and maintain the documentation and follow-up required for ongoing treatment. The role offers a consistent weekday schedule within a fully remote care model.Core ResponsibilitiesConduct individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platformComplete client intakes and clinical assessmentsEstablish treatment goals and appropriate care plansApply evidence-informed counseling interventions within the scope of licensureEvaluate client response to treatment and modify interventions when clinically appropriateMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCoordinate referrals or additional services when indicatedProtect client confidentiality and comply with Oregon licensing, ethical, and telehealth requirements
