Registered Nurse - Cardiology Cath - Full-Time

Role Overview: This position involves providing independent nursing care in a clinical setting, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient needs. The nurse addresses complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social aspects of patient care, administering medications, monitoring effects, and documenting all care activities. Education and resource identification for patients and families are key responsibilities. Responsibilities Meet competency expectations across leadership levels. Deliver comprehensive nursing care aligned with professional standards. Assess and meet the psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and families. Administer treatments and medications following protocols, monitoring side effects. Document patient history, symptoms, and care provided. Evaluate learning needs and provide patient and family education. Qualifications & Skills Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing. At least 1 year of related nursing experience preferred; new graduates considered. Current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license. Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, with additional certifications as necessary. Completion of organizational onboarding, competency validations, and annual requirements. Additional Notes: The role may involve working in critical care settings, with specific credentialing timelines.
