NextGen Hospitality Solutions is actively seeking a High Volume Restaurant Manager to join our team in Nashville. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a bustling restaurant environment that emphasizes customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
As a High Volume Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our high standards of quality are met while enhancing the dining experience for our customers. You will collaborate closely with various departments to drive sales, optimize efficiency, and implement strategic initiatives for growth.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional advancement in the vibrant food service industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
- Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Create and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency
- Develop promotional strategies to boost sales and marketing efforts
- Inspect food quality and presentation standards regularly
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume setting
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Ability to handle diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
