Diabetes Educator & Nutrition Specialist | Outpatient Care

Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking a Diabetes Educator Certified (Dietitian) for Central Nursing. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate diabetes education services in an outpatient setting, supporting patients and families with diabetes management. You will respond to calls from parents of newly diagnosed children/adolescents, bridge inpatient to outpatient care, and educate on sick day management. Eligibility includes 2+ years of experience and licensure as a dietitian, with CDCES #J-18808-Ljbffr Johns Hopkins Medicine
