Surgery Scheduling Manager

Ascend Vision Partners seeks a Surgery Scheduling Manager to lead and optimize surgery scheduling for affiliated ophthalmology and optometry practices. This role oversees a team coordinating surgery dates, surgeon and facility calendars, pre-op requirements, and insurance authorizations to ensure accurate, efficient patient access. The manager will refine workflows, track KPIs, and collaborate with clinic, OR, and billing teams to reduce cancellations and delays. In AVP’s collaborative, growth-focused environment, you’ll drive process improvements, support technology adoption, and help scale operations that enhance eye care outcomes across a multi-practice network.
