Contract Help Desk & Systems Admin — Fast-Paced IT Support

PMO Partners, LLC

PMO Partners, LLC is seeking a Help Desk/System Admin for a 3-month contract in Norwood, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Help Desk support with excellent customer service skills. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/Portuguese) are highly preferred. Responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting client devices, providing high-level support to employees, and managing incidents using a Help Desk system.
