Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for staff and client communications
• Maintain and improve organizational systems within the office
• Utilize QuickBooks for accurate financial record keeping
• Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Assist with planning and coordinating company events
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes
• Coordinate and manage calendar schedules for appointments and meetings
• Contribute to the development and implementation of office systems and procedures

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration or a related field
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and other relevant software applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage vendors and procurement processes effectively
• Experience with event planning is a plus
• Strong calendar management abilities
