KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead a high performance maintenance team Ensures that a high level of safety is adhered to at all times On a daily basis, receives assigned work orders and utilizes the team to accomplish daily objectives. Supervises scheduled PM’s and visually inspect and test assigned machines and equipment for proper functionality. Supervises repairs on production equipment when a malfunction has been detected and helps to Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make necessary adjustments Supervises the Lay out, assembly, installation and maintenance of piping systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or GED Previous supervisory/leadership experience Minimum 5 years of industrial / manufacturing maintenance technician experience. Preferred vocational or technical training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance. Ability to lift up to 50lbs, bend, kneel, climb, stretch/reach and walk on a consistent basis Strong communication skills Strong organizational skills Must be able to work full time and additional hours as needed We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package with benefits effective after 30 days.
