Patent Agent or Technical Specialist - Chemical Boston

REQUIREMENTS

Seeking candidates with a background in chemistry, particularly organic chemistry/small molecules, to draft and prosecute patent applications. An advanced degree is preferred. USPTO registration number is required for Patent Agent candidates.

Responsibilities
• Preparing patent applications for filing with the US Patent and Trademark Office
• Evaluating the underlying technology of inventions
• Opinion writing
• Client counseling
• Litigation support
• Providing technical assistance on projects
