This is an exciting opportunity to join a premium hospitality team known for exceptional service, elevated food, wine and spirit experiences, and a vibrant guest environment. What You’ll Do Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism. Manage reservations, waitlists, seating flow, and guest pacing to support a smooth dining experience. Communicate guest needs and important details to servers, management, wine specialists, and support teams. Assist with VIP guests, special requests, and front-door hospitality standards. Guide guests to retail, wine, cheese, or dining areas as needed. Support takeout orders, phone inquiries, and guest communication with accuracy and care. Help maintain a polished, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment. What We’re Looking For Previous host, restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred. A warm, professional presence and a passion for exceptional guest service. Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of restaurant operations, reservations, and POS systems. A collaborative, team-oriented approach. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
