As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support through phone, email, and social media channels. Working independently within a small team, you will manage customer inquiries, order processing, and data entry during regular weekday shifts.

 

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media support
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain detailed data entry records
• Communicate product information and resolve customer issues
• Manage social media interactions to support customer engagement

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Accurate and efficient data entry abilities
