Pay Range: $31.41 - $38.42 per hour

The stated hourly wage range reflects the expected pay for this role in New Jersey. The final compensation for the selected candidate will be influenced by various factors, including educational qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.

Working alongside the perioperative registered nurse, the surgical technician will be an integral part of the team, responsible for delivering tailored, age-appropriate care to patients. This role involves maintaining a safe environment that promotes positive patient outcomes and ensuring that patients' physiological responses during surgery are monitored and managed effectively within the surgical suite and throughout the perioperative division.

• Required:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a Surgical Technician training program
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in scrubbing for various service lines, including robotics, vascular, endovascular, neurovascular, general, thoracic, neuro/spine, orthopedics, complex plastic cases, and trauma
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to make calls, demonstrate flexibility, multitask, and work independently

• Certified Surgical Technician (NBSTSA) required
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider Certification from the American Heart Association required

• Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
• Every other weekend and holiday
• Part-time position
