Caretta Senior Living, a new assisted living community in Bellevue, WI, is looking for a Part-Time Med Tech to join our team! We are a dynamic and growing company with exciting opportunities for those who are passionate about serving people and making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Caregiver Job Details:

• Hours – Part-Time
• Schedule – AM Shift 6am - 2pm, Evening Shift 2pm-10pm, Nightshift 10pm - 6am
• Pay Range – $16.00 - 21.00 / hour (based on experience)
• Location – Caretta Senior Living Bellevue, 1780 Servant Way, Bellevue, WI 54311

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement
• Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement
• The Caregiver observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, loss of appetite, weight, etc. to the case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.

Caregiver Qualifications:

• WI CBRF Certification (Preferred)
• Six months of experience in long term care or assisted living residence (Preferred)
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aid or Certified Nursing Assistant (Preferred)
• Ability to make responsible choices and decisions and act in the resident's best interests.

Hours:

• AM Shift : 6:00am-2:00pm PART TIME (16-24 hours/week) with pick up opportunities
• Evening Shift : 2:00pm-10:00pm PART TIME (16-24 hours/week) with pick up opportunities
• Overnight Shift : 10:00pm-6:00am PART TIME (16-24 hours/week) with pick up opportunities

6am-2pm 2pm-10pm 10pm-6am Part-time 16 - 24 hours per week
