Nuestro cliente, líder en fabricación, busca un Técnico Mecánico Industrial 1 para unirse a su equipo. Como Técnico Mecánico Industrial 1, formarás parte del Departamento de Mantenimiento apoyando al equipo de Operaciones. El candidato ideal tendrá habilidades sólidas para resolver problemas, una actitud proactiva y excelentes habilidades de trabajo en equipo, lo cual será fundamental para integrarse con éxito en la organización. Nombre del puesto: Técnico Mecánico Industrial 1 ¿Cuál será tu trabajo? Utilizar habilidades mecánicas y conocimientos en neumática, hidráulica, rodamientos, transmisión de potencia y lubricación Mantener y solucionar problemas en maquinaria para garantizar la máxima disponibilidad en un entorno de producción continua Participar en actividades de mantenimiento preventivo en las áreas asignadas Colaborar eficazmente con los equipos de mantenimiento y operaciones para resolver problemas Trabajar con sistemas informáticos para procesos de mantenimiento y órdenes de trabajo Al menos 3 años de experiencia en Mantenimiento Industrial Conocimientos básicos en PLCs, A/C, motores, drives, esquemas, rodamientos, transmisión de potencia, lubricación, sistemas hidráulicos y neumáticos Habilidades efectivas de comunicación escrita y verbal Capacidad para leer planos y utilizar aplicaciones informáticas básicas Disposición para trabajar en turnos flexibles y fines de semana según sea necesario Oportunidades de capacitación y desarrollo de habilidades en el trabajo Trabajar en un entorno dinámico y de apoyo Participar en trabajos significativos que impactan la eficiencia de producción Adquirir experiencia valiosa en un entorno de fabricación Potencial de crecimiento profesional dentro de la organización Tras completar el período de espera, los asociados son elegibles para: Planes de salud y medicamentos recetados Seguro de discapacidad a corto plazo #J-18808-Ljbffr Manpower Group (USA)
