And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionWe are looking for a data-driven Industrial Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our Continuous Improvement team. You will support manufacturing and warehouse operations by leading improvement projects that enhance productivity, quality, and overall plant performance. You will sit at the intersection of manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, warehouse operations, and data analytics. You are a proactive problem solver who collaborates, supports daily plant operations, and guides process improvements through both hands-on engineering work and structured CI projects. You will report to the Manager, Continuous Improvement and have a hybrid schedule working in Mequon, WI.Your Responsibilities:Lead and execute continuous improvement projects across manufacturing and warehouse operationsAnalyze operations and leverage data (e.g., SAP, Power BI) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunitiesSupport day-to-day plant operations by identifying and resolving process issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies on the shop floorIdentify, prioritize, and drive initiatives from concept through implementationPartner with cross-functional teams (production, warehouse, quality, engineering) to implement practical, sustainable solutionsImprove manufacturing processes, including assembly methods, material flow, work balance, and standard workImprove end-to-end process and material flow (receiving, warehouse, production, shipping)Apply Lean methodologies (5S, standard work, waste reduction, root cause problem solving)Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to support data-driven decision makingSupport automation and digital initiatives, including process automation and implementation of automated equipmentCreate and maintain standard work, work instructions, and training materialsSupport new equipment, process changes, and layout improvements to improve safety, quality, and productivityFacilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and problem-solving sessions to build CI capabilityThe Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.The ability to travel 10% of the time.The Preferred - You Might Also Have:2+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, continuous improvement, or manufacturing engineeringExperience supporting plant operations and driving process improvements in a production environmentExperience with Power BI, Power Platform, SQL, SAP, or similar toolsWhat We Offer:Health Insurance including Medical, Dental and Vision401kPaid Time offParental and Caregiver LeaveFlexible Work Schedule where you will work with your manager to enjoy a work schedule that can be flexible with your personal life.To learn more about our benefits package, please visit at Rockwell Automation we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
