Operating from a clean, modern facility, you will act as the crucial technical link between global industrial clients, field sales teams, and the on-site manufacturing team—enjoying the rare assurance that comes with a product demand that is recession-proof.Daily ResponsibilitiesOversee 20–25 daily technical client interactions via phone, email, and virtual meetings, serving as the main technical consultant to diagnose field challenges and specify optimal equipment.Implement thermodynamics, fluid handling, or structural concepts to create custom, eco-friendly product packages for various industrial settings.Utilize automated engineering software to quickly generate highly accurate commercial quotes, technical proposals, and rapid ROI calculations.Analyze customer-provided blueprints and data to offer value-engineered design alternatives to the internal sales team.Collaborate directly with production and manufacturing teams to ensure customized quotes align with plant capabilities and current lead times.Present technical specifications and regulatory compliance details to client engineering executives to advance the sales cycle.Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a related four-year engineering discipline.5+ years of solid mechanical engineering or heavy industrial manufacturing experience, demonstrating deep technical aptitude.2+ years of direct experience in technical sales, inside sales, or applications engineering, with a proven track record in high-volume customer consultations.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex engineering formulas into clear, value-driven business proposals.Reliable, progressive employment history showing multi-year tenures, strong attendance, and commitment to past employers.Strong Plus: Exposure to industrial heat transfer equipment, combustion systems, commercial HVAC networks, or fluid dynamics.Proximity to the facility, residing within a dependable 45-minute daily commute of the Greater Richfield / Germantown / Washington County corridor.
