Senior Healthcare Facilities Manager (Contract)

Facility Services Management Inc. seeks a Contract Maintenance Manager to oversee 24/7 operations, maintenance, and repair of medical facility systems under the PWS. You will supervise staff, coordinate with customer FM, manage documentation for TJC/EPA/OSHA, and ensure compliance with contract requirements. Availability for emergencies and travel as required is expected. Qualifications include 2–5 years in healthcare facility operations, 5+ years in commercial building services, and valid #J-18808-Ljbffr Facility Services Management Inc.
