Youth & Family Case Manager (In-Home/Community)

Tides Family Services

Tides Family Services is a Rhode Island nonprofit dedicated to helping youth and families through in-home and community-based services. The Outreach and Tracking Program supports attendance and functioning, with rotating schedules and supervisor-guided planning. We seek compassionate caseworkers to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, provide counseling, coordinate resources, and advocate for clients within the Child Welfare and education systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tides Family Services
