WhatYou’llDo TheSeniorManageronStrive’sPerformance Team will work cross-functionally tosupport data-driven decision-making,strategy development, and executionaround total cost of care(TCOC)reduction. This role works closely with clinical, financial,technology,and operational leaders toestablishgovernance processes and track performance against key organizational priorities - from strategy development through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization.Thecandidate must be entrepreneurial, solution-focused, and highly collaborative.Theyshould be a curious self-starter, who is excited about the prospect ofidentifyingopportunities and designing solutions to advance the business.This role will report totheSeniorDirector,Operations. The Day to Day Build subject matterexpertiseinkeyreporting toolsand data sourcesthat informStrive’sperformance metrics, delivering visibility to company-wide performance results through clean, intuitive reporting. Monitor and report on performance metrics regularly toStrive’sleaders,identifyingareas of success, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.Serve as a go-to resource for in-depth insights and education on all enterprise performance goals. Developstandards and processes that facilitateStrive’spriority and strategy setting. SupportTCOCprocess andperformance reviewswithregionalclinical and operational leaders. Support the governance structure, operating cadence, and program management processes for Strive’s enterprise transformation initiatives. Coordinate execution across major workstreams, including clinical model evolution, technology modernization, workforce transition, product and customer experience changes, and reporting and analytics modernization. Support development and implementation of enterprise OKRs and KPIs that align with Strive’s mission and priorities. Work with business owners toidentifyandvalidatevalue, performance,andgoalsfor new projects and investments. Create presentations and provide analytical supportfor internal Business Reviews and Board of Directors meetings. Meet in person with internal and/or external stakeholders tofacilitate team and business priorities/opportunities. Business travel may berequiredfor opportunities to connect with stakeholders, serve patients, and attend Strive-sponsored team events. MinimumQualifications Bachelor’s degreein business administration or relevant fields. 5+ years ofrelevantexperience 2+ years of experience working cross-functionallywith Operations and Finance functions 2+ yearsofexperience using Excel for data analysis at an intermediate level or above 2+ yearsofexperience creating PowerPoint presentations for a variety of internal stakeholders, including Executives Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the US healthcare system, with focus on Value-Based Care. Management Consulting experience. About You Analytical mindset, focused on building,implementing,and tracking the success of companywide programs. Strong executive presence with polished communication and presentation skills. Self-starter with strong bias for action and going where there is a need. Holds self and others accountable for high-quality,timely, and effective results. Annual Base Salary Range: $108,500 - $136,000. This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 15% Final compensation will be determined based based on location, experience, and qualifications.
