Base Compensation : $150- $170k

Eligible for bonus : Yes (performance based)

We're hiring for our client, a Senior Sales Client Partner who thrives at the intersection of enterprise relationships and complex deal-making. You won't just steward accounts — you'll hunt, pitch, negotiate, and close multi-year SAP transformation programs across Retail & CPG. This a hybrid role based out of California, USA.

You bring a CXO network, a hunter's instinct, and the credibility to reframe SAP from a tech initiative into a business growth engine.

Role Overview

Drive strategic growth of SAP-led engagements within Retail & CPG accounts, combining SAP transformation + Data/AI + Platform-led delivery to unlock measurable business value (cost, speed, revenue).

What You Will Own

• Lead $10M+ SAP account portfolios across S/4HANA, IBP, EWM, BTP, AMS
• Build deep CXO relationships (CIO, CFO, Supply Chain, Merchandising)
• Identify and close large, multi-year transformation deals ($5M–$25M+)
• Position SAP as a business transformation lever (not just implementation)
• Drive cross-sell of Data, AI, Cloud, and Platform capabilities
• Expand accounts through consumption-led / outcome-based models

How You Will Differentiate

• Bring AI-first, platform-led POV (automation, SDLC acceleration, cost optimization)
• Lead with value hypotheses (e.g., inventory reduction, forecast accuracy, cloud cost takeout)
• Use industry context (Retail / CPG) — demand sensing, supply chain agility, trend-to-store acceleration
• Shift conversations from projects → programs → platforms → outcomes

What We Are Looking For

• 12–18+ years in SAP consulting/services with strong sales ownership
• Proven track record of growing strategic accounts ($10M+)
• Experience in S/4HANA + Supply Chain (IBP/EWM) transformations
• Strong Retail / CPG domain understanding preferred
• Ability to connect business strategy → SAP roadmap → measurable impact
