Insurance Defense Associate Attorney

Ready for a litigation role where you'll actually litigate?

A well-established and growing litigation firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join a thriving insurance defense practice. This is an opportunity to work on substantive cases, gain meaningful courtroom experience, and build your career alongside experienced litigators.

In this role, you'll:

Manage a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution
Draft and argue motions
Take and defend depositions
Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances
Work directly with clients, carriers, and claims professionals
Develop litigation strategy on complex matters

What we're looking for:

3-10 years of litigation experience
Insurance defense experience strongly preferred
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Ability to independently manage files and deadlines
Texas Bar license in good standing
