2+ years of experience supporting funds, M&A, and other corporate teams strongly preferred. The team offers top of the market compensation and is known for an elite practice. They are looking for top academics (3.5+ GPA, Top Law School).
JD Required. LL.M preferred. Government or law firm experience required. Open to tax controversy and tax credits candidates.
