Job Summary Provide technical and operational support to traders and front-office users ensuring high availability of trading applications market data platforms and trading floor infrastructure. What you'll do in the role: Provide technical and operational support to traders and front-office users ensuring high availability of trading applications market data platforms and trading floor infrastructure. Support trading and market data platforms such as Bloomberg Terminal Refinitiv/Eikon Reuters Fidessa and OMS/EMS applications. Troubleshoot issues related to trading applications market data feeds desktops laptops and multi-monitor workstations. Provide onsite and remote support to traders in a fast-paced high-pressure environment. Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools ensuring SLA compliance. Coordinate with application network infrastructure and vendor teams for issue resolution. Perform software installations upgrades user access management and hardware deployments. Maintain documentation and follow ITIL-based support processes. Experience supporting Bloomberg Refinitiv/Eikon Reuters and trading floor technologies. What you’ll need to succeed: Strong Windows/Mac devices support and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of Active Directory Citrix Microsoft 365 and basic networking (TCP/IP DNS). Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow Remedy etc.). Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. 4-8 years in Trader Support Front Office Support or Financial Services IT Support. Experience in supporting Investment Banking Capital Markets Asset Management or Brokerage environments. Compensation: We are offering between $63,000-$73,000.
