Desktop Support Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst role is a Contract with a client located in Wilmington DE 19803. Ideally looking for applicants to have a solid background in Windows 10, Office 365, Labs, would come as a big plus. Pay Range: $32-$38/hr. The pay may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. SCOPE OF WORK/DELIVERABLES Provide technical Desktop Support for R&D Business & IT teams Troubleshoot and resolve Technical incidents relative to Level 1 and Level 2 needs across software, and integrated platforms inclusive of Lab and core IT environments.
