Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Phoenix, AZ | Temp-to-Hire | $20-$24/hour We are partnering with a behavioral health organization seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support individuals experiencing Serious Mental Illness (SMI) and substance use disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to clients in treatment programs
- Assist with daily living skills and recovery goals
- Monitor client behavior and document interactions
- Support group activities and treatment plans
- Assist with crisis intervention when needed
Qualifications:
- Behavioral health, mental health, or substance abuse experience preferred
- Experience working with SMI populations is a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Passion for helping others succeed in recovery
