Warehouse & Fulfillment OperationsPrepare packages including labeling, boxing, and sealing shipmentsCoordinate shipments through carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPSEnsure all outgoing shipments meet company quality standardsInventory ManagementReceive incoming shipments and verify quantitiesConduct regular inventory audits and cycle countsMonitor inventory levels and flag to leadership when reordering is requiredLogistics & Supply ChainSupport ordering and restocking of warehouse materials and suppliesIdentify opportunities to reduce shipping costs and improve logistics efficiencyMaintain shipping records and documentationSystems & ReportingMaintain inventory and order tracking within internal systemsGenerate reports on inventory levels, shipments, and operational performanceHelp identify process improvements as the company growsCustomer Support CollaborationAssist customer support team with order inquiries or shipping issuesInvestigate lost or delayed shipmentsHelp ensure a positive customer experience through accurate and timely fulfillmentAbout the Role: This position requires a highly organized self-starter who is able to work autonomously during their work day while still maintaining highest excellence of customer service. This role requires you to be hands on with the expectation that heavy lifting may be involved. This role also requires being highly organized, working out of multiple platforms, communicating with internal team members and external customers. This person must have reliable transportation in order to travel to the office as well as to transport boxes to the local post office.Scheduling:This is a part time role and requires in office presence in (Westfield, NJ) 4 days a week. Time of day may vary depending on shipping needs, however the general schedule will be 9am2pm EST, Monday through Thursday. Must be flexible to adjust schedules to meet the needs of the office. This role has an opportunity to grow into a full time position.About You:3+ years experience in an operations-type role, bonus if you have supply chain experienceExperience with inventory systems or warehouse toolsProficient in Google WorkspaceFamiliarity with FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipping platformsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a hands-on environment in a small teamAbility to lift and move packages (typically up to 4050 lbs)Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindsetExperience in small business or startup environments preferredPreferred Experience:Experience with inventory management software or warehouse management systems (WMS)Basic data analysis or reporting skillsExperience improving workflows or processesBenefits:Flexible Schedule80 Hours PTO (10 days)11 Paid HolidaysPay Range: $22,000$25,000 yearly salaryUS Work Authorization: This role is not eligible for employer-sponsored work visas.
