Accounts Payable Specialist

What You'll Do Process and code vendor invoices accurately and timely Reconcile vendor statements and investigate payment discrepancies Handle credit memos, debit memos, and inventory cost adjustments Support weekly check runs and payment processing Maintain vendor records and track outstanding credits Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and answer questions Assist with freight costing and sales order support Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders What We're Looking For Previous Accounts Payable experience Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency with accounting software and Excel This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a reputable organization, gain valuable experience, and potentially transition into a long-term career with a great team and outstanding benefits package.
