Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (RN)

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one clinical care for a pediatric patient in a home setting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pediatric seizure management and be comfortable working in a dynamic household environment. Clinical Requirements & Responsibilities Seizure Management: Monitoring and intervention for epilepsy; proven pediatric seizure experience is required. G-Tube Care: Administration of scheduled feedings and medications via Gastrostomy tube. Ostomy Care: Routine management and maintenance of an ostomy bag. Assessment: Continuous monitoring of respiratory and neurological status. Schedule : 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM - Monday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM - Wednesday 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM - Wednesday & Sunday 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Thursday Responsibilities Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) Communicate with families and care teams Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care Schedule & Pay Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available Day, night, and weekend shifts Weekly pay + optional daily pay Competitive pay based on experience Why Work at Centria?
