Sustainability Reporting Analyst

Major Responsibilities Data Collection & Analysis Partner with subject matter experts on collection, validation and maintenance of ESG‑related data in compliance with sustainability frameworks (e.g., environmental impact, energy use, emissions, and waste). Support analysis of Scope1,2, and3 greenhouse gas emissions in coordination with subject matter experts. Support the preparation of Sustainability and Impact reports, required regulatory disclosure reports, and dashboards for internal and external use. Assist in data management and reporting to sustainability ratings and ranking platforms (e.g., CDP, ISS, Ecovadis). Reporting & Compliance Assist with monitoring and interpreting applicable sustainability regulations and disclosure standards (e.g., SASB, GHG Protocol, CSRD). Support the creation and documentation of repeatable processes to ensure accurate and compliant reporting. Help develop processes for upcoming assurance and disclosure requirements and support preparation of associated data and documentation. Cross‑functional Collaboration Collaborate with departments including operations, supply chain, legal, HR, finance, and others to collect and verify sustainability data. Support internal education on reporting requirements and assist with answering sustainability‑related queries from stakeholders and customers. Project Support Participate in sustainability‑related projects and initiatives by tracking progress and helping with execution as needed. Assist in monitoring and evaluating reporting‑related processes and recommending improvements. Minimum Job Requirements Education : Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field. Work Experience : 2–4years of relevant experience in ESG reporting, environmental data analysis, project management, audit, finance, compliance, or sustainability‑related fields. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities : Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools; ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment. Preferred Job Requirements Work Experience : Preferred experience in environmental data collection or GHG accounting; preferred experience supporting assurance or audit processes for ESG data. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities : Preferred knowledge of sustainability rating systems and reporting tools; preferred familiarity with ESG frameworks (e.g., SASB, GHG Protocol, TCFD, CSRD, CDP). Physical Requirements and Working Conditions Office Environment (Includes field sales): While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear and to use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion, the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer‑based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
