- Schedule: Monday–Wednesday
- Industry: Manufacturing
- Must be Bilingual in Spanish
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and records
- Perform data entry and encoding
- Work with Microsoft Excel
- Assist with basic accounting and clerical tasks
- Process and enter sales orders
- Provide customer service and assist customers as needed
- Support general office operations
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
- Good computer and data-entry skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Degree, certificate, or relevant training in accounting, business, or a related field preferred
