Job Title: Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator - 2nd Shift 

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Employment Type: Contract-to-direct hire

Industry: Defense

Compensation: $27.54/ hour plus 10% shift differential and OT 

Schedule: 2nd shift

What You'll Do:

• Perform production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies
• Good Soldering experience 
• Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and work instructions to complete fabrication and inspection tasks
• Complete wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing activities
• Conduct electrical testing, troubleshooting, rework, and refurbishment of hardware and systems
• Accurately complete production paperwork and enter data into work order management systems

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 4+ years of manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience as well as Soldering
• 4+ years working with electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies

• Experience reading schematics, drawings, and technical documentation
• Experience using measuring and test equipment in a production environment

Additional Information:
