Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' individual goals and rehabilitation needs through comprehensive evaluations and screens.
• Manage a patient caseload averaging one patient per hour while maintaining high standards of care.
• Deliver effective treatment plans that incorporate manual therapy techniques, exercise programs, and other modalities aimed at improving patients' mobility and functional capabilities.
• Implement cost-effective interventions to minimize reliance on medications and explore non-surgical alternatives.
• Create customized fitness and wellness programs that align with respective patient recovery objectives.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient care services using EMR software, specifically WebPT, to track progress and outcomes.
• Motivate and guide patients through their rehabilitation journey, emphasizing the importance of adherence to treatment protocols.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistically comprehensive care for patients.
• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly, providing clear and constant communication with patients about their progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a preference for Master's or Doctorate degree (DPT).

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
