Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Plant Operator role based in Amber, OK. The Plant Operator will monitor and control natural gas processing equipment and systems to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. Daily responsibilities include starting, stopping, and adjusting plant equipment, performing routine checks on gauges and instrumentation, and logging operating data. The role also involves assisting with basic maintenance activities, coordinating with maintenance teams on repairs, and supporting quality control procedures to meet product specifications. The Plant Operator will follow standardized operating procedures, adhere to strict safety and environmental regulations, and communicate clearly with supervisors and team members during shift handovers and plant upsets. Qualifications Strong plant operations skills, including experience with Plant Operations and understanding of process flows and safety procedures. Experience in Machine Operation and Forklift Operation, with the ability to handle equipment safely and efficiently. Maintenance skills, including basic troubleshooting, routine inspections, and supporting preventative maintenance activities. Awareness of Quality Control practices to help ensure product specifications and regulatory standards are met. High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in industrial operations, process technology, or a related field preferred. Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed for 24/7 operations. Commitment to safety, strong attention to detail, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, team-oriented environment. Previous experience in midstream, oil and gas, or industrial plant operations is beneficial but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
