Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum one year of recent Operating Room experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Demonstrated knowledge of OR nursing practices, sterility standards, and surgical procedures
• Strong critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub for a variety of surgical cases
• Ensure patient safety and comfort from pre-op through post-op
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team members
• Monitor and maintain sterility and proper equipment use
• Adhere to infection control protocols and hospital policies
