Order Management Specialist

INFICON

INFICON is seeking an Order Management Specialist to manage customer relationships by phone and email, and to process orders with timely updates. You will enter and process all incoming orders, handle credits and returns, and coordinate freight and international shipments. Responsibilities include responding to customers professionally, supporting project teams, and driving process improvements while embracing new technologies. 1+ year experience and MS Office proficiency required; SAP a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
