A client of ours is seeking a bilingual Warehouse Inventory Specialist to support its daily warehouse and inventory operations. This position is ideal for a dependable and organized professional with experience using RF scanners, inventory-tracking systems, and Microsoft Excel. The selected candidate will sort and organize freight, move pallets to designated staging areas, maintain accurate inventory records, and support workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures.

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required for this position.

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 Per Hour

Job Description:

• Performs daily warehouse sorting operations and work on site.
• Manage and organize freight and pellets and move them to the specified staging area.
• Using RF Scanner to keep track of inventory.
• Enforce workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company SOP.
• Communicate effectively with office teams and management.

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of experience in warehouse, air freight experience preferred.
• Proficient in using scanning systems, RF Scanner, and Excel.
• Experience with pellet jacks, forklift, and auto picker preferred.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and flexible with overtime.
• Bilingual (Chinese English)
