Registered Nurse - Labor & DeliveryUnit InformationLocation: Lewisville, TXUnit: Labor & DeliveryNumber of Beds: 18Number of Staff: 54Patient Ratios: 1:1 for Pitocin, C-section delivery, Recovery; 2-3 for Antepartum patients, following AWHONN guidelinesGeneral InformationTypical Equipment: GE fetal monitoringEMR: CPN MeditechOn Call Requirement: 1-2 shifts per scheduleFloating Requirement: Occasional floating to mother-baby if neededResponsibilitiesManage labor and assist in labor management.Circulate during cesarean sections.Perform vaginal deliveries, assist in C-sections, and manage triage.Administer iron infusions as required.QualificationsRequired SkillsLabor management experienceExperience circulating c-sectionsPreferred SkillsFamiliarity with typical labor and delivery procedures.Ideal Candidate ProfilePossesses a positive attitude and passion for patient care.Team player with a commitment to achieving the best patient outcomes.Unit Policies and GuidelinesFor a detailed overview, please refer to the unit policies and guidelines provided during the onboarding process.Client Details Address 500 W Main St State TX Zip Code 75057
