We're currently hiring for multiple customer service positions across several departments. While each role has its own responsibilities, qualifications, and pay range, they all share the same commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Whether you're helping customers launch marketing campaigns, coordinating website projects, supporting software users, or ensuring customer orders are accurate before production, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience.

Schedule

• Full-time | In-office | Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
  
• One-hour lunch
  

Compensation

We offer multiple customer service opportunities with varying levels of responsibility and compensation.

Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $19.50 per hour , depending on the position, qualifications, and experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service by phone, email, and live chat.
  
• Guide customers through projects, orders, or onboarding from start to finish.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly.
  
• Review information for accuracy and resolve customer questions.
  
• Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Learn company software and complete administrative tasks as needed.
  

Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred.
  
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  
• Comfortable learning new software and using Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel).
  
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM (preferred for some positions).
  
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  
• Able to stay organized and composed while working under deadlines.
