Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

We currently have five team members—three in sales and two in service—and we strive to foster an environment that promotes positivity, growth, and achievement both professionally and personally. We help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Miami, FL and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:

• Life insurance
• Retirement planning

Our team members develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. They conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. They oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. They use their knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications include experience in insurance sales or account management preferred, leadership and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and a willingness to engage in sales conversations.
