Physician - Urgent Care

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Physician for a permanent Urgent Care opportunity with a multi-site outpatient urgent care group in North Carolina and Tennessee. This role offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and the ability to focus on patient care in a high-functioning urgent care environment.

Position Details:

• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Degree Required: MD or DO
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
• Schedule: Flexible 3–4 day work week Block scheduling available
• Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Weekends: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Practice Environment:

• Outpatient urgent care setting
• Treating patients ages 6 months through adults
• EMR: Experity
• On-site services include: CLIA-approved lab Digital X-ray Additional provider support added as patient volume increases
• Focus on episodic care, physicals, diagnostics, and minor procedures

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Acute care visits
• School, sports, annual, and pre-employment physicals
• Vaccinations
• Interpretation of X-rays and lab results
• Minor procedures under local anesthesia

Requirements:

• ACLS required
• DEA required
• DOT Certification required or willingness to obtain
• Civil Surgeon designation required or willingness to obtain
• CAQH registration required
• Must be eligible for credentialing with major payors
