Bilingual On-Site Supervisor/Coordinator - West Jefferson
At Clara, we are recruiting for a Bilingual On-Site Supervisor/Coordinator to work with a leading company in West Jefferson. This role is essential for maintaining operational excellence and providing hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Patterns
- Sunday thru Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with weekend and overtime as needed during peak periods.
Pay Rates
- 60000.00 USD yearly
Must-have Requirements for Bilingual On-Site Supervisor/Coordinator
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a warehouse or staffing environment.
- Demonstrate consistent reliability and punctuality in attendance and task completion.
- Maintain legal authorization to work in the United States.
Desirable Requirements for Bilingual On-Site Supervisor/Coordinator
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced proficiency in Excel, to manage data, generate reports, and perform administrative tasks.
- Operate essential office equipment and communication tools, including phones, walkie-talkies, and basic technology platforms.
- Demonstrate proficiency in typing, email communication, and general office technology platforms for daily operations.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively interact with diverse staff and clients.
- Cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships with clients and temporary staff to foster collaboration and retention.
- Provide clear direction and hands-on leadership to temporary staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain a high level of urgency and a proactive customer service mindset to address operational needs and client expectations promptly.
Role for Bilingual On-Site Supervisor/Coordinator
- Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure productivity and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate staffing requirements and manage temporary personnel assignments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and operational issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate administrative reports and data logs.
