Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN to join their team in the Stepdown unit on a travel assignment in Auburn, NY. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in stepdown nursing and a willingness to work weekends.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Manage and care for patients in the stepdown unit
• Administer and monitor procedural sedation
• Assist with BiPAP/CPAP management and blood product administration
• Interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs) and cardiac telemetry
• Provide central line and PICC line management
• Administer cardiac drips without titration and manage dysrhythmias
• Perform neurovascular checks following vascular procedures

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel

• Valid ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of stepdown nursing experience
• Experience with Allscripts charting system
• Previous charge and community hospital experience preferred
