Position Overview Registered Nurse (RN) – Atrium Health Cabarrus ICU FT Nights. Location Atrium Health Cabarrus – a 457‑bed tertiary care facility in Cabarrus, serving Mecklenburg and surrounding counties. The ICU is a 40‑bed intensive care unit with a 2:1 nurse‑to‑patient ratio and a 12‑hour shift schedule. Schedule & Hours Full‑time, 36 hours per week. 12‑hour night shifts. Pay & Sign‑On Bonus Hourly rate $38.20 – $57.30 based on qualifications, skills, experience and training. Sign‑on bonus offered based on eligibility. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the candidate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence‑based practice and clinical decision‑making to create the safest patient environment and improve patient experience across the continuum.
