Job Overview Department: Atrium Health Cabarrus – Critical Care ICU (Job ID 34507). Status: Full Time. Hours Per Week: 36. Schedule: Full‑time Nights. Pay Range: $38.20–$57.30 per hour. Where You Will Work Our 40‑bed intensive care unit at Atrium Health Cabarrus provides a collaborative and supportive environment. The ICU team manages complex medical‑surgical cases—including ventilated patients, stroke patients, trauma cases—and works 12‑hour shifts alongside an interdisciplinary team. The setting offers continuous learning opportunities, mentorship, and a dynamic environment to grow. We’re Looking For Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the candidate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association. At least 6 months of nursing experience; new graduates are not considered for this position. What You’ll Do Coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Apply evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and clear communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
