We're looking for an experienced VP/Director, Agency Operations Management to lead our account management team, strategy, and growth initiatives. This role will be essential in partnering with leadership teams throughout the organization for ongoing collaboration.
- Manage, coach, and develop the commercial and personal lines account management team
- Oversee workflow management for best practices and monitor KPIs, translating them into measurable actions
- Hire and onboard high-performing team members; set goals and track performance
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams
- Build strong carrier relationships and maintain high standards of service to ensure client retention
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Deep knowledge of commercial lines insurance
- 7-10+ years of experience in commercial account management /executive
- 2-5+ years in a progressive leadership role with an independent agency/broker
- Degree in Risk Management or a related field
