Quality Control Location: Houston Zip Code: 77075 ProLogistix is hiring a detailed-oriented Quality Control to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong attention detail and be responsible for inspecting products and processes to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards. Responsibilities Inspect machined and manufactured parts to verify they meet drawing and quality requirement’s Read and use quality inspection instruments such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and other measuring tools. Perform basic math calculations related to measurements, tolerances, and inspection results. Review parts for defects, damage, burrs, cleanliness, and workmanship. Assist with debarring and cleaning parts when needed. Assist with UT/PT inspection support when required. Maintain inspection records and communicate any quality issues to the supervisor or quality manager. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow company procedures, safety rules, and supervisor instructions. Work with other departments to help resolve quality or production issues. Requirements Previous quality control, quality assurance, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred Basic mechanical knowledge or mechanical inclinations Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
