Signals Analyst - Junior with Security Clearance

Assertive Professionals is seeking a Signals Analyst supporting our National Security customer in Colorado Springs, CO. This is a proposed position with a $2000 sign-on bonus, or reimbursable relocation with a salary of $83,000. This is a great opportunity to work for an employee-centric, fast-growing small business. Required: Active TS/SCI Ability to get and maintain a CI Poly Identify signals of interest in foreign satellite communications. Demonstrate relevant, senior-level, or higher SA experience in NSA production offices, service cryptological production elements, and/or other relevant SIGINT production agencies. Understand signal theory (power, frequency, modulation, phase, polarity, propagation), modulation techniques (AM, FM, BPSK, FSK, QPSK, PSK, QAM, PCM), multiple access strategies (FDMA, TDMA, CDMA, DAMA), encoding/decoding transmission (physical layer), be familiar with signal technologies and standards (DVB-S2, iDirect, HughesNET, ComTech), linear recursive sequences, convolutional coding, protocol stacks, etc. Demonstrate understanding of the OSI model, standard protocols (TCP, UDP), IP subnetting, telecommunications technologies, IPv4 and IPv6 networks, and Classless Interdomain Routing (CIDR).
