In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure across corporate offices, advanced manufacturing facilities, and data center environments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring high availability, performance, scalability, and security while supporting business-critical and manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork Architecture Design and DeploymentOperations & MaintenanceSecurity & ComplianceTroubleshooting & Incident ManagementDocumentation & Asset ManagementRequired Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency with Cisco (Catalyst/Nexus/Wireless), Fortinet and Palo Alto Networks platforms. Strong hands-on experience in Linux CLI, Python, and Shell scripting for network operational task automation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Flexible to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of hands-on experience with standard protocols (VxLAN, BGP, OSPF, STP, VLANs, LACP, IPv4/IPv6) and core services (DNS, DHCP). Prior experience in large-scale semiconductor manufacturing, industrial IoT, or 24/7 mission-critical data center environments. Cisco CCNP Enterprise (or CCNP Routing & Switching), AWS Networking Specialty, Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700), or GCP Professional Cloud Network Engineer.Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to work across office, clean-room, and data center environments, performing tasks that range from standard office duties to specialized operations in controlled spaces, including the ability to occasionally stand, walk, reach, bend, and carry light objects. Occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds. Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse and other standard office equipment for prolonged periods of time. Ability to complete any travel requirements, if applicable. Able to wear clean-room suit while standing and/or walking in the FAB as needed.Shift Expectation: TSMC Arizona operates 24/7, 365 days a year. This position requires candidates to have the ability and willingness to work from Monday through Friday 9am-6pm, and work on-call every few weeks.
