Occupational Therapist - Home Health

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Assignment Details

Start of care visits required. Must supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants. Documentation and reporting due within specific time frames. Maintain communication with supervisors and office staff.

Requirements

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience
• Experience with documentation systems, specifically Kinnser
• Ability to use provided equipment, including iPad and communication tools
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Conduct start of care, evaluations, and follow-up visits
• Prepare clinical notes and documentation within required deadlines
• Provide oversight and support to Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulations
• Engage in timely communication with clinical supervisors and office staff
