Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2210 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - MidAmerica Division.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Basic dysrhythmia required.

Unit Details: - Primarily renal, urology, oncology, pulmonology, cardiology, and general med-surg patients. - Uses EKG, bladder scanner, sit-to-stand, Hoyer lift, hover mat, Alaris pumps, and Pyxis. - Techs staff the unit as well. - Unencumbered charge nurse and clinical educator support.

Shift & Scheduling: - Flexible contract hours: 48 per week preferred. - At least every 3rd weekend.

Floating Requirements: - Can float to like units: Ortho, Neuro, CCU, CDU, SSU, Obs, and Rehab.

All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment.
